Due to fast moving inventory, we do not offer exchanges. Once your return is processed and you receive your store credit, it may be used on the new size/style of in stock!
FINAL SALE: Due to hygiene reasons, accessories are final sale. Items marked as "sale" and items purchased with store credit are also final sale and cannot be returned.
ReturnsTo start a return, please email love@shopjoco.co with order number and name on your order.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

- Shipping is calculated by weight and will be provided at checkout along with the estimated time frame for delivery depending on which option you choose. Shop JoCo is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties you may owe.
Please Note: SJC is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with USPS.
Returned to SenderIf your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label and providing a new address for the reshipment. We will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.
Cancellation PolicyOrders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please see the Returns + Exchanges section of our website.
